Chef d’entreprises depuis plus de 25 ans, j’ai eu la chance de réaliser de nombreuses opérations immobilières d’envergure à Paris et en Bretagne en tant que maître d’ouvrage. De cette passion, j’en ai fait un métier.
Je puise mes sources d’inspiration de mes voyages aux 4 coins du monde. Pour moi, l’habitat doit s’adapter à l’environnement géographique et culturel tout en tenant compte des attentes et du style de vie spécifique de chacun de mes clients. L’équilibre et l’harmonie entre l’intérieur et l’extérieur sont essentiels pour créer un environnement raffiné et à chaque fois unique.
Je me qualifie d’homme de projet. Chef d’orchestre, je réunis autour de moi une équipe passionnée qui partage ma philosophie.

As a company director for more than 25 years, I have had the opportunity to carry out numerous large-scale real estate operations in Paris and Brittany as a project manager. I have turned this passion into a profession.
I draw my inspiration from my travels around the world. For me, housing must be adapted to the geographical and cultural environment while taking into account the expectations and specific lifestyle of each of my clients. Balance and harmony between the interior and the exterior are essential to create a refined and unique environment.
I call myself a project manager. I see myself as a master of ceremonies, gathering a passionate team around me who share my philosophy.

En tant qu’architecte j’aspire à répondre de manière singulière aux besoins des clients et pour cela, je travaille chaque projet autour de trois mots-clefs : l’écoute, la lumière et l’intégration.
L’écoute est pour moi primordiale, elle est le point de départ de chaque projet. Je m’imprègne du rythme et des habitudes de chaque client pour ainsi concevoir le projet qui lui ait le plus adapté. La lumière fait partie intégrante de tout projet d’architecture. La bonne orientation d’un bâtiment est, en plus de faire profiter de chaque pièce de la lumière naturelle, un atout-clef dans la réduction des consommations énergétiques. Enfin, l’agence est attachée à respecter le lieu dans lequel le bâtiment s’inscrit. L’acte de bâtir doit d’abord passer par une phase de compréhension et d’analyse du site pour que l’acte de construire prenne tout son sens en s’intégrant de manière sobre et esthétique.

As an architect, I aim to respond in a singular way to the needs of my clients and to do so, I work on each project focusing on three key points: listening, light and integration.
Listening is essential for me; it is the starting point for each project. I immerse myself in the rhythm and habits of each client in order to design the project that is best suited to them. Light is an integral part of any architectural project.
The right orientation of a building allows each room to benefit from natural light, and plays a key role in reducing energy consumption. Finally, the company is committed to respecting the building’s surrounding environment.
It is essential to analyse and understand the site to ensure that the act of building finds its true expression and is integrated into its surroundings in a sober and aesthetic manner.

Baignée depuis l’enfance dans l’univers du Beau avec un père antiquaire et collectionneur, j’ai toujours aimé l’Art. Au moment où je passais mon bac, on parlait des métiers émergents en « marketing et communication ». Le métier de styliste culinaire est venu plus tard par un heureux hasard, il m’a permis de concentrer dans un même métier toutes mes passions. L’harmonie des textures et des couleurs et le goût des tous petits détails m’ont permis de m’épanouir pendant 20 ans dans ce métier, devenant auteure de livres de cuisine vendus à 2M d’exemplaires.
Parallèlement, je me suis découverte une passion pour l’aménagement des jardins et des maisons, créant à volonté de la poésie là où je vis. Très pragmatique, les aménagements et les réflexions sur la fonctionnalité des pièces sont pour moi une 2e nature et un challenge permanent.
Hyper créative, j’adore chiner, m’inspirer, écouter et dialoguer avec les futurs propriétaires de ces lieux de Vies rénovés par Eilan Habitat afin d’apporter mon expertise au plus près de leurs attentes.

I have been immersed in the world of beauty since I was a child. My father was an antique dealer and collector, and I have always loved art. When I was taking my high school exams, people were talking about the emerging professions in marketing and communication.
The profession of culinary stylist came to me later by a happy coincidence. It allowed me to concentrate all my passions in the same profession.
The harmony of textures and colours and attention to the smallest details allowed me to thrive in this profession for 20 years, becoming an author of cookery books that have sold 2 million copies.
At the same time, I discovered a passion for landscaping gardens and designing house interiors, creating poetry where I live. I am very pragmatic, and for me, designing and reflecting on the functionality of rooms is second nature and a permanent challenge.
Hyper creative, I love to hunt for interesting and unusual objects, to look for inspiration, to listen and to talk to the future owners of these living environments renovated by Eilan Habitat in order to offer my expertise in a way that meets their expectations

Architecte d’intérieur et designer, je suis sensible aux couleurs, aux matières et à la traduction de la lumière à l’intérieur des espaces.
Je crée des aménagements pratiques, fonctionnels et beaux adaptés aux besoins et aux goûts de chacun.
L’architecture d’intérieur est pour moi le moyen de concilier les rêves de nos clients et la réalité de leur bien immobilier.
Quelle que soit l’envergure du projet, je conçois des espaces dans lesquels les propriétaires se plairont à vivre, à partager de beaux moments.
